The Center for Social Development creates innovative, relevant, and sustainable social technologies geared towards greater corporate social responsibility and a better quality of life for Filipinos, especially the marginalized. Its core programs are centered around the areas of education and youth development, information technology, environment, and corporate citizenship and volunteerism.

Most noticeable are initiatives that widen the reach of technology to underserved communities and prepare the Filipino youth to face an increasingly borderless tomorrow with heightened confidence and skill. The division harnesses the potentials of science and technology in its education programs.

Together with the Ayala group of companies, CSD continues to ensure the responsible use and management of the environment as an integral part of urban development. The division also aggressively pursues its commitment to develop programs that utilize the expertise and resources of the corporate sector, and the Ayala group in particular, to provide opportunities to express and deepen corporate social responsibility in the Philippines.

The division’s involvements extend to the areas of community development, socialized housing, health and medicine, and youth oriented initiatives. All these initiatives place the Center for Social Development at the forefront to help ensure the future of Filipinos.
